    So it appears that support have completely ignored anything most of us have been saying. I have tried logging into my account on 3 computers now, and all of the results are the same. Kicked to the Main menu.

    This cannot be a software issue and has to be something to do with their server/system blocking these particular accounts from the game. It is obvious support don’t really know what is happening, and are just being passed basic info from the dev/tech team.

    We would ALL appreciate an update on this ASAP.

    For those stating that it is because we got banned, surely we would get a EAC ban message on our steam accounts and a ban message ingame. So I’m not sure what you’re all insinuating.

    The only thing I done different yesterday was stay in the server (Amenti) until it booted me out.
    From using Tails on the logs whilst trying to join, the error message is states this:

    I think the Devs are scratching their heads to what is causing this and may be hesitent until they find out what is causing it to unblock our accounts.

    Either way, something has triggered something on their infrastructure to block us. They need to sort this out.

    I am sure we would all appreciate either:

    1. A clear and concise answer stating that our accounts will not be returned to a working state due to xxxxx

    2. A clear and concise answer stating that our accounts will be returned to a working state and they are WORKING on the issue.

    There has been NO official post about this issue, how many people are affected? This is very fishy from Amazon. They need to be completely transparent on this issue – if the system thinks I used a program that I shouldn’t have, they should tell me and I would appeal it. Not keep us all in limbo here.
